Model 110SR - RFID Label Applicator
Auto Labe is now offering the Model 110SR RFID label applicator. The model 110SR incorporates the latest RFID reader technology for encoding EPC data directly to an RFID label, prior to application. The 110SR is an "apply only" solution for customers who do not require on-line printing of RFID labels. The model 110SR drive systems utilizes the latest technology in servo motor drives for years of trouble free, reliable use. The 110SR servo drive provides consistent and extremely accurate label placement. Auto Labe also provides turnkey labeling systems including conveyors, in-line RFID label verification antennas, rejection stations and custom PLC controls to seamlessly integrate systems into any production environment.
Model 155R - RFID Printer and Applicator System
Auto Labe is now offering a convenient way to upgrade existing RFID printers to automatic RFID label applicators. The model 152 incorporates the customers' current RFID printer with one of several methods of label application such as tamp, or tamp blow to apply labels to cases and pallets for an on-line RFID labeling solution, upgrading customers form current "Slap and Ship" methods.More Information on Model 155R - RFID Printer and Applicator System
Model 155R - RFID Printer and Applicator System
Auto Labe is now offering the Model 155R RFID printer applicator incorporating the latest RFID print engine technology from Avery Dennison, Datamax, Sato, and Zebra and is available in blow-on and tamp-on application technologies. The PLC controlled unit can be incorporated into automated conveyor systems from Auto Labe that integrate additional antennas for RFID label verification after application and product rejection for non-written or bad tags. The Model 155R is an on-line RFID labeling solution, upgrading customers from current "Slap and Ship" methods.
